 Morning wlread articles about UK prison crisis.

Then kicked the Township bricks.

Morning had rice with fish and sausage for breakfast.

Then it is dealing with some telephone issues, booking with eye clinics and chat with mum.

Then later is bible studies with Pat.

Talked about car story and relationships with God. What God is etc.

Later had arguments with dad w cleaning.

Had medicine like yellow pill because I am ill, tired and runny nose.

Dinner had sausage egg, steamed bacon meat and leftovers.
