 Morning open up new washing up liquid.

Morning read Dutch sentencing about manslaughter, and Chole about about max disaster.

Drank coffee, made myself one ☺️

Then went for a shower.

Then kicked the bricks in Township. Getting another breakthrough 🩷

Then went on web for bit.

Then morning woke and kick bricks on Township again.

1- Heard mum and and having arguments (discussing mum return to HK, and a lot of issues about taxation.)

2- Morning have bread and breaded chicken for breakfastm one Heinz from cupboard. The phone and scissors are contaminated so I had to gonna do a wash of them.

3- Watched some Disaster Breakdown videos and Air crash articles/ videos.

4 - Dad deal with issues with his urine collection.

5- I took a pill because I have runny nose and I went room rest.

Then at 3 then I took dad urine sample to Brayford medical.

Encountered young ladies vaping. Frankly it is sad to see young people vape.

Get there but they asked why it is not in a small bottle and I have to do some explaining and then I wrote his details.

Then I return home to explain to dad. Then had dinner with steamed meat, eggs and veg and chicken wings. Also opened coke and drank from Merseyrail cup. Then had tomatoes soup.

Read some articles about Norway case about false accusations.

Went to Brayford to hand the urine again.

Then I saw a Green locomotive possibly 66796 doing a freight run then I went home.

Then heard Lam Kor Wan case in Youtube.

Heard Poppy Chat with Rachel in the Spaces about balancing. This is interesting.

Then nighttime reheated the soup to drink then onto internet.
